In accordance with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act, the Company has a retirement scheme for determining the payment, which applies to the service years of all regular employees before the implementation of the “Labour Pensions Ordinance” on July 1, 1994, and the implementation of the Labour Pensions. After the Regulations, the company continues to apply the follow-up service years of the employees of the Labor Standards Law. If the employee meets the retirement conditions, the payment of the pension is calculated based on the service years and the average salary of the one month prior to retirement. The service years within 15 years (inclusive) are given two bases per year, and the service years are more than 15 years. A base is given for one year, but the cumulative maximum is limited to 45 bases. The company will allocate 2% of monthly sum of salary as retirement fund to the specific account under the name of our company in the Bank of Taiwan.

Before the end of each year, the company shall assess the balance in the designated labor pension reserve funds account of the preceding Paragraph. If the amount is inadequate to pay pension calculated according to the preceding article for workers retiring in the next year, the company will make up the difference in appropriation before the end of march the following year.

The Company has established a retirement scheme based on the "Labor Pensions Ordinance" that applies to employees of this nationality. The Company selects the part of the labor pension system stipulated in the "Labor Pensions Ordinance" for employees. The monthly pension is paid to the employee's personal account at no less than 6% of the salary. The employee's pension is paid according to the individual employee. The amount of the pension account and the accumulated income is collected by monthly pension or one-time pension.
